After watching Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure I had to go on with the time-travel-comedy theme. So I decided to finally check out Hot Tub Time Machine.
Again, another stupid comedy, but in the best way. In quite a few scenes I had to actually laugh out loud because I guess I'm easily pleased.
As with all time travel movies, not everything makes total sense if you think about it, also I'm pretty sure Second Life was already outdated a while in 2010, but in a movie where one character stares into the camera saying the title of the movie, you just shouldn't think too hard about it.
The comedic performances were on point, all of the main cast and even most of the rest of the team were funny as hell.
It's a stupid party comedy with a weird premise, but it works and if you like that, you'll have a great time with the Hot Tub Time Machine. 3.5 out of 5 stars and a like.
