A Bug's Life, 1998 - ★★★★

An enjoyable animated movie by the Pixar studio.

An ant named Flik (Dave Foley) ruins what all the ants have collected for the grashoppers led by Hopper (Kevin Spacey), who threatens to kill them all. So he now has to find a way to stop the grasshoppers. Soon he meets a group of circus bugs who help him.

So this movie was lots of fun. It was the first hard movie for Pixar, with all the hard things in it, many different locations and so many characters. And they did a great job.

The characters were great, especially the circus bugs, featuring everyones favorite, Heimlich (Joe Ranft). And they were all voiced greatly. Special mention to Hayden Panettiere for her first voice acting role as Dot (she was around 9 years old at that time).

I also loved the locations. When Flick went into the Bug City it looked awesome, and they made it just like I would have imagined a bug city.

All in all a great movie, I enjoyed it quite a bit, 4 out of 5 stars.
