Found this randomly on Netflix. Expected a metal comedy, maybe somehow similar to deathgasm.
What I got was a beautiful coming of age story about a girl whose brother dies in a tractor accident. So she gets into his favorite music: Metal. It still got some funny scenes, but never laugh out loud.
The acting is great, especially Thora Bjorg Helga, who plays the main girl and really got me invested.
I'm not big into metal but I can appreciate good music and I feel like the songs were well chosen.
I'm rating this movie 4 out of 5 stars and a like.
