Review #16 of My Horrible Collection: Shocktober list.
I really tried paying attention to this movie. But I couldn't even enjoy it in a "so bad it's good" kind of way. I actually fell asleep watching it the first time so I had to finish it this morning.
The acting was bad, either they were overacting or not at all.
Tara Reid, the star of Sharknado, is totally miscast. Christian Slater does at least fit his role a little.
I read that Boll got 10 million dollars in additional funding and put them all into CGI. Sadly it's still early 2000s CGI, so it still looked shitty.
I can't really say anything good about this movie. Even the action looked kinda stale and boring.
But I wanna rewatch it some day with audio commentary by Uwe Boll because it is incluced on the DVD. Wonder what he got to say about this shitfest. 1 star out of 5.
