This movie is offensive.
It's set before, during and after the events of 300. We follow the Greeks who also fight against the Persians, while 300 of the Spartans fight Xerxes.
That's about as much story as I got out of it.
This movie is ALL visuals. In 3D on the big screen this is great. But at home, on a normal TV, using Netflix, that sucked. Every time someone bled, I thought "Oh, nice thing to add for the 3D viewers." Because that's what it was. Also, all throughout the movie, there was something flying through the air. Either ashes, fire, anything.
The action was great, but didn't really make sense. Everything was slo-mo. And some scenes were just stupid.
I didn't like this movie, but it was watchable and looked gorgeous, so I'm rating it 2.5 out of 5 stars.
